Thamel Plaza Hotel and Suites Limited has submitted a proposal to the SEBON to issue 1,000,000 shares. They are planning to raise Rs. 10 crores for the company. The application was submitted on Kartik 21, 2081. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issue.
