1. Ridge Line Energy Ltd IPO

The IPO proposal of Ridge Line Energy Ltd is in SEBON’s pipeline. The company has submitted a proposal to the SEBON to issue a total of 5,804,201 shares to the local as well as the general public. This will raise Rs. 58.04 crores for the company. Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.

2. Kalinchowk Hydropower IPO

Kalinchowk Hydropower Limited has submitted the application to the Securities Board Of Nepal (SEBON) on Magh 22, 2080 BS. Kalinchowk hydropower is planning to float 750,000 shares in the public offering. At a par value of Rs. 100, the public issue amounts to Rs. 7.50 crores.
